BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
Q: How do I reserve a venue or room?
A: Bookings are confirmed with a 50% downpayment and a refundable security deposit (₱1,000 per venue / ₱500 per room). Once confirmed, your date is officially reserved.

Q: Do you accept partial down payments?
A: Partial down payments do not secure a booking. Only full 50% down payments confirm your reservation.

Q: What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
A: We understand plans can change. Please contact us directly to rebook or discuss.
VENUE USE AND DURATION
Q: How long can we use the venue?
A: Grand Venue's (Antonia's Hall, The Rotonda, The Courtyard, Mango Garden) all come with 4-hours of use. Intimate Venues (The Poolside, Juan's Gazebo) come with 12-hours of use.

Q. What do you mean by "Exclusive Event Time Slot"?
A. Rest assured that we do not schedule overlapping events in different venues. We only book one (1) event in the morning to early afternoon timeslot, and one (1) event mid-afternoon to evening timeslot. This does not mean you have exclusive use of the entire resort. Other events may be setting up at a different venue, or other rooms may have checked-in guests.

Q: Can we extend our venue rental time?
A: Grand Venue extensions can be extended from 4 to 6 hours at ₱1,000–₱2,000/hr depending on the venue. Intimate Venues are fixed up to 12-hours.

Q: When can we setup for our event? Can we setup the day before?
A: Setup the day before your event is subject to availability of the venue. Please coordinate with us, the week of your event to know if the venue is available for advanced setup. Setup may be done during the day up to 6PM. Evening setup beyond 6:00PM will incur hourly charges. Standard venue setup may start as early as 5:00 AM on the day of your event. For morning events that start as early as 8:00AM, set-up may be as allowed as early as 4:00AM.
VENUE INCLUSIONS, PACKAGES AND ADD-ONS
Q: What is included in the venue rentals?
A1. Grand Venue Rentals (i.e. Antonia's Hall, Rotonda, Mango Garden, Courtyard): 4-Hour Venue Use, FREE access for pre-nup/pre-event shoot (by appointment), Air-conditioned changing room at Antonia's Hall (5-hours), Catering Prep area, Stand/Mounted Electric Fans, Back-Up Generator, Spacious Parking
A2. Intimate Venue for Full Day Packages (i.e. Poolside, Juan's Gazebo): 12-Hour Venue Use, Stand/Mounted Electric Fans, Back-Up Generator, Spacious Parking

Q. Do you have all-in packages including catering, event-styling, lights and sounds, SDE, etc.?
A. Casa Antonia regular works with event/wedding organizers who are familia with organizing events at Casa Antonia. We can refer you to them for all-in packages that include Casa Antonia Venues and Rooms. You can find there Facebook links in our Events & Shoots page.
Q. Do you charge corkage?
A. We do not charge corkage - only Utility Surcharges for Trusses, LED Walls, and Band Powered Equipment. For rates, please contact us

Q: Can we upgrade or add extras to our venue rentals?
A1. Yes! Grand Venue + Day Room packages can be upgraded to overnight.
A2. There are extras you can also opt to add with extra charges:

WEATHER AND RAIN PLANS
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: No need to worry — Casa Antonia hosts only one event per time slot. If it rains on your fully outdoor event, we’ll relocate your celebration to Antonia’s Hall for a comfortable backup plan.

Q: Do you provide tents or flooring?
A: Weather protection (tents) are available through recommended suppliers with extra charges.​
VENDORS, CATERING PREP AREAS AND PARKING
Q: Can we bring our own organizer, caterer or stylist?
A: Yes! We’re an open-vendor venue — bring your preferred suppliers. Utility surcharges may apply for power-heavy equipment.

Q: Do you have kitchen or prep areas?
A: Yes, venues includes a designated areas for catering prep.

Q: Is there enough parking for guests and suppliers?
A: Definitely. Our spacious parking area can accommodate cars, coasters, and supplier trucks.
ROOM USE AND CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES
Q: What is the difference between Day Rooms and Overnight Rooms?
A: Day Rooms are good for up to 14-hours of use on the day of your event; Overnight Rooms are good for up to 22-hours.

Q. What rooms are best for preps?
• Ligaya Room (Bride’s Haven) – spacious and light-filled
• Corazon Room (Groom’s Retreat) – compact and private
• Cecilia & Rosario Rooms (Entourage Suite) – ideal for bridesmaids or groomsmen
• Elena – perfect for family members of the Bride whom the Bride is comfortable sharing a joint bath and shower with.

Q: What time is check-in time for rooms? Do you allow late-check-in?
• Day Rooms (up to 14-hours) can check-in as early as 5:00AM. Latest check-out for Day Rooms regardless of check-in time is 10:00PM.
• Overnight Rooms (up to 22-hours) standard check-in time is 2:00PM. Late check-in after 2:00PM is allowed up to 9:00PM. However, should check-in's be past 6:00PM, the 22-hour count starts at 6:00PM. Check-in after 9:00PM may incur additional charges.

Q: Do you allow late check-out/extension for rooms?
• Individual room extension charges PhP 200/room; Joint Room (Ligaya + Elena) extension charges PhP 300/room.
• Day Rooms can be extended from 14 to less than 16 hours. Beyond 16 hours, overnight charges apply.
• Overnight rooms can be extended from 22 to less than 24 hours. Beyond 24 hours, additional Overnight charges apply.
POOL USE
Q: Can we book the pool separately?
A: Yes! The poolside can be booked as a Venue for intimate special events (4-hours) or for full-day special gatherings (12-hours). The pool can also be booked for a simple family/friends outing (8-hours).

Q: If we are staying at Casa Antonia (overnight/day use) can we use the pool for free?
• Use of the pool is subject to availability for Room Only guests (i.e. Poolside being used for an on-going event/exclusive use full day package).
• If the poolside is available, guests who have 3-5 rooms checked-in (Overnight or Day Use) may use the pool free of charge. Guests who only have 1-2 rooms checked-in (Overnight or Day Use) may use the pool for PhP 500/room regardless of number of guests per room
PETS - OUR FURRY FRIENDS
Q: Can we bring pets?
A: Yes! Pets are allowed with a ₱1,500 fee per room/venue. They must wear diapers, be leashed, and housed in a crate when indoors (max 1 pet per room). We trust that the pets brought into Casa Antonia are balanced, well-behaved and trained for social situations. Guests are responsible for their own pets behavior. Any concerns arising between pets and other guests or event staff will be responsibility of the pet owner to resolve with the affected parties.
DISCOUNTS AND POLICIES
Q: Do you offer senior or PWD discounts?
A: Yes, 20% discount applies to the eligible guest’s share (with valid ID) only for Rooms. There are no senior/PWD discounts for Venue Rentals

Q: Are kids charged?
A: Children 6 years old and below are free of charge. Kindly bring proof of the child's age.
DAMAGES AND LOSSES
Q: What happens if something is damaged during our stay or event?
A: Any losses or damages of Casa Antonia property will be charged accordingly. The security deposit may be used or forfeited depending on the situation. Should the damages exceed the security deposit, an agreement between Casa Antonia/Your Organizer and the paying client will be drafted and agreed on regarding settling of replacement/repair of damaged property.

Q. Is Casa Antonia responsible for guests’ personal belongings?
A. Please take care of your belongings. We know events can get busy and there are so many people on site - family, friends, suppliers, staff, etc. For everyone’s peace of mind, please keep an eye on your personal items or have trusted family members/friends keep track of your belongings. Casa Antonia and its staff cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of guests’ belongings within the premises.
